The JetTouch B2 is an updated model on basis of first generation Digital Spot UV Coater with Cold Foil machine shown in Print China 2017 Beijing. We have updated the camera registration system and more applicable varnish.
We have finalized the camera registration system and make sure of high printing precision on a mass production level. The registration system works very well for offset printings and digital printings.
Varnish is an important factor in this Inkjet Spot UV Coater project and after long time of experiment and test, we have chosen the final formula of varnish, suitable for the inkjet heads, paper and foil.
Without making any plate or die, you can do spot UV directly from the computer to the printings.
And its cold foil station can do foil stamping digitally, easy fast and without any waste, bringing touchable shining effect.

Digital spot coating with 3D effect

The cold foil stamping requires no film or dies, and allows foil stamping with variable data from one sheet to thousands of sheet in digital process.
